To compliment sales and leasing we also offer property and facility management of public or private aviation related properties. We fully understand the complexities between aircraft owners and operators and have the ability to maintain mutually beneficial relationships between Landlords and Tenants.
We also specialize in facility management for owner occupiers or single tenant facilities. Our clients can focus on their business doing what they do best, while we handle their day to day facility maintenance, landscaping, warranty repairs, janitorial, etc. We currently manage privately owned multi-tenant hangar facilities at multiple airports in Texas. Ryan has over 20 years’ experience in aviation related real estate and airport development. Ryan is a private pilot, licensed commercial real estate broker and licensed property and casualty insurance broker. Having grown up in a family owned airport development business and worked as an airport manager, Ryan understands both sides of the fence when it comes to airport real estate. He has been involved in many aviation related developments, assisted in the negotiation of numerous ground leases at municipal airports and is highly experienced in selling and leasing corporate and private hangar facilities.
